This appointment may assist with stress, fatigue, sleep disturbances, headaches, digestive concerns, women’s health, emotional wellbeing, pain management, and general health support.
This appoinment includes;
Traditional Acupuncture and if indicated also; Infrarred Therapy, Electric Acupuncture, Auricular Acupuncture,
Chinese Cupping or Moxibustion as well as diet and lifestyle counselling.

Sports Acupuncture
Sports Acupuncture is suitable to assist with musculoskeletal, joint and neurological conditions by helping to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and support recovery and overall physical wellbeing. This appointment is suitable for those experiencing muscle tightness, back or neck pain, joint discomfort, headaches, nerve-related symptoms, sporting injuries, or general mobility concerns.
This appointment includes;
Musculo-Skeletal Acupuncture as well as other modalities may be included such as; Electric Acupuncture, Myofascial Cupping Therapy, Infrarred Therapy (using Low Level Class 3B Laser) and Linament Therapy.

Laser Acupuncture
Laser Acupuncture is a gentle, non-invasive treatment to stimulate acupuncture points or trigger points without needles using Low-Level Class 3B Laser. Infrarred Therapy may also be applied -if indicated.
Suitable for adults and children, this treatment may assist with simulating stimulation of traditional acu-points as well as for pain management, inflammation, injury recovery and those who prefer a needle-free acupuncture option.
